IMS provide a range of Interactive panoramas for both architectural and estate agent purposes. All that's required is 6 overlapping photos from any standard digital camera. Please see the Showcase samples to get an idea of interactivity options.

3D Models can also be turned into Virtual Tours providing the same functionality for post-build architectural designs. These can be further developed as navigational tools where users move between rooms at own pace as if walking through the actual site.

Estate Agents Panoramas are effective tools for 'showcase' sites. These enhance a property's profile, increasing potential of buyers visits in the competitive estate agent market, already adopted by many chain estate agents such as Foxtons & Barnard Marcus. We provide this as a cost effective marketing tool to be used with company websites or FindaProperty / PrimeLocation software alongside stills, text and also floor plans.

Architectural This option provides interactive tools for end-Customers to 'explore' environments. Offerings can be for pre-build designs using Virtual Tours to navigate interior designs, letting end-Customers become familiar with the design. Alternatively, once a design has been built, interactive photo panoramas provide Clients the opportunity to promote constructed designs on their website, allowing prospective Customers opportunity to explore completed designs. Each provide effective visualisation tools.

Information management is a key feature of businesses managing legislative or knowledge management requirements. IMS can assist with this by converting paper blueprints into AutoCAD format for reuse. This optimises information sharing and knowledge management by increasing access to historical design components through easily retrieved files (as opposed to paper drawings) and the ability to extract and reuse specific components required. Additionally, this reduces Client costs through minimised archiving requirements and avoids degradation of paper drawings.

Whether for Architectural plans & elevations, engineering or mechanical drawings, designs are either scanned into Raster format where they can be stored and accessed as electronic files, or can be mapped from any format into AutoCAD vector files to enable design components or initiatives to be reused.

In delivering this, IMS acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Client's data is "Confidential and Proprietary Information" and will not permit duplication & disclosure. This is enforced by signing Confidentiality & Non Disclosure Agreements with our Clients to ensure the security of their data, bound by Data Protection Act 1998.
