We have implemented the necessary Quality Assurance steps to make sure each stage of development challenge output according to industry standards, before it is passed on to the next stage.
 *

Disability Discrimination Act 1995
  • Disability Discrimination Act
(DDA – disability.gov.uk) which requires online systems are accessible to those with disabilities.

  • Royal National Institute for the Blind
(RNIB – rnib.org.uk) provides further guidelines supporting DDA requirements.

Quality Process
Quality is managed from inception of a job, as each new development is only accepted once clear requirements are defined, and delivery of components scheduled. This is the basis against which quality & performance is measured from a development perspective to ensure Client/Customer expectations are met.
 *
Project Management
Each stage is defined through the project proposal to ensure phases and deliverables are clear, and a project plan can be managed accordingly. Internally, we use the UK industry standard Prince2 Project Management methodologies to ensure jobs are tracked, and development is monitored, measured & reported on. Output components are tested against detailed industry standards before being passed for Client review, and will have detailed areas of fix at each stage review, while allowing Client viewing of output to proceed.
 *
Client Satisfaction Policy
We have strong beliefs in our abilities to deliver. If a Client is unsatisfied with our output or management of a job, we will endeavour to rectify any concerns, both immediate and long term, to ensure resultant benefit is experienced by the Client.
